30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Email us at support@nestora.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case Nestora will cover the full return shipping cost.
