We know you are excited to receive your order. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship at Nestora.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

We ship to all 50 US states and most international destinations. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada & Mexico: 10–20 business days
  • International: 15–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons such as holidays.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders under $35 will have a flat shipping rate applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@nestora.store. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Nestora is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away and we will do our best to make the correction before shipment.
